At Autumn Designs, our custom Tiny Homes are built to fit your lifestyle, whether you’re dreaming of a cozy retreat, a functional guest space, or a fully equipped home on a smaller scale.

Working within your Parameters
Primarily we work with Sunny Brook RV Resort, but are looking to expand our small builds. Whether you are looking for a gazebo, three seasons room, coach house, or tiny house, we have plans for 9 different styles, and are always looking to expand. We will work with any HOA, Village, Township, and County parameters to make your dream a reality on your property.

Equipped with the "Everyday" Essentials
Our current buildings all fall under 196 sq. ft. These are classified as a "shed" by sizing definition, but we have everything you would find in a normal house. They have electric, plumbing, hvac, kitchen, full bathrooms, and a loft if desired. As your building project grows, we may even be able to have multiple bathrooms and further comforts you desire!

All Yours within of 3 Months!
From the start of building we aim to be done in three months or less, we want to start your project, and get you in it as soon as possible. Speed doesn't sacrifice quality as we have some of the best at what they do in the South Haven Area.
